Appointment and Billing Information
All appointments at our practice are time-based and are privately billed, unless you meet the criteria for bulk billing, as outlined below. The bulk billing criteria does not apply on the weekend and the public holidays.
- Children under 16 years of age (not 16)
- Health Care Card, Pensioner Concession Card, Gold DVA card holders
- Flu vaccinations, Desensitisation treatments, and childhood immunisations
- Chronic Disease Management Plans (Care Plans)
No Out-of-Pocket Costs:
- Motor Vehicle Accident (MVA) cases and Workers Compensation cases where liability has been accepted.
Please note that all other services will incur private billing charges. If you have any questions regarding billing or eligibility, please do not hesitate to contact our reception team.
Medicare and Private Health Insurance:
- If you are eligible for Medicare, you will receive a Medicare rebate for eligible services.
- If you have private health insurance, you will be charged the full appointment fee and can claim the rebate through your private insurer directly.
